Default Minion's and Essence

Do minions move faster with an essence of celerity as well as the player/heroes? I would like to start vanqing with them but I don't want to be 500 feet in front of my minions so they cant take mobs.

Thanks

"Double-click to grant your party members 25% faster movement and attack speeds, and to reduce their skill activation and recharge times by 25% for the next 30 minutes."

It says "party members", so I actually don't think so. Not sure though.

Minions are "allies," not party members, thus are not affected by celerity.
They ARE affected, however, by skills such as [fall back!], which is also a great minion healer while moving between fights.
